A classically trained chef, Trevor graduated from Dubrulle Culinary Institute and has a long rooted passion for cooking. During his formative years he extensively travelled abroad throughout Central American and Europe before settling back in Canada studying under European Chefs. Trevor honed his skills at leading local establishments (The Fairmont Pacific Rim, Global Group Catering, The Beach House in Dundarave, Furry Creek Golf & Country Club, & Cin Cin).
With over 20 years of experience working in large kitchens as Executive Chef, staffing and executing small to large-scale events, weddings, tournaments and more – Trevor is at home with the high level of pressure that comes with ensuring no detail goes unnoticed: it’s what drives him (well, that and a passion for food!)
When Trevor isn’t in the kitchen or tending to his garden you can find him on the local mountains hiking with his dog Monte, skiing or mountain biking.
