WEDDING SERVICES

Regardless of the size or complexity of your wedding, we are here to help. As a full service caterer, we offer staffing, setup and strike assistance, rental organization, and help with day of logistics. In addition to this, we help our couples with creating a timeline that works with food service to ensure a flawless day.

Our expert team is here to help guide you throughout the booking process to ensure that all of your needs are taken care. Approaching each event individually, we will make sure that nothing is overlooked so that you do not have to worry.

After finessing the estimate based on your preferences and event needs and you are at the point where you can see the proposed menu being served at your wedding, we will ask if you want to set up a tasting. Tastings are held at our kitchen located at 833 West 3rd Avenue, North Vancouver and are $50.00/person. We can host up to 6 guests.

After the tasting, we will ask if you’d like to move forward with us. At this point, the $50.00/person charge goes towards your deposit to secure our services for your wedding date.

Head Chef | $35/hour
Chefs | $30/hour
Event Manager | $35/hour
Server | $30/hour
Bartenders | $30/hour

*All staff are scheduled for a minimum of 4 hours and travel fees may apply based on event location.

As each menu and event is different in terms of required staffing, our team will assist you in determining these needs when putting together an estimate and/or finalizing the order. A basic guideline is:

1 Server / 25 guests for Canapes or Buffet style
1 Server / 15 guests for Family Style or Plated

We work closely with a local event rental company to help you simplify the planning of your event. We are able to take care of all food service rentals including tables, chairs, linen, tableware, and some decor.

Our team will ensure that the rentals are not only suitable to the menu but also to the space that your event will take place. It is important to us that not only that our service staff have enough room to move around the tables, but also that your guests are comfortable.

*To help us cover the time to secure rentals, there is a 10% markup on all rentals.
