Vancouver Catering Moroccan Style
A client called and wanted to something special for his wife’s “milestone” birthday.
We decided to create a Moroccan Style Dinner party for her.
We started the evening off with:
Passed Hors D’Oeuvres:
Moroccan Chicken Skewers with Herb Sauce
Mascarpone Stuffed Figs, Wrapped in Prosciutto
While the guest were enjoying the hors d’oeuvres we started preparing dinner. Their music playlist was from the early 70’s…we always enjoy working when there are good tunes playing!
When the guests were ready for dinner we served:
Individually Plated Salad of Roasted Baby Beets, Arugula, Burrata, Candied Pecans with Aged Sherry Vinaigrette
Followed by a Family Style Moroccan Dinner
Lamb Tagine with Prunes, Apricots and Wildflower Honey
Shrimp Tagine with Saffron, Ginger and Fennel
Preserved Lemon Cous Cous with Fall Harvest Vegetables
Honey Glazed Squash with Spices
